Before submitting a secure report, we encourage you to consider speaking to a parent/guardian or other trusted adult, such as a Coach, Executive Director or Board Member. If speaking to someone directly is not an option, please utilize our reporting email system.
Remember, the more details and specifics provided will enhance and the review process allowing us to investigate and take action. Consider including the following:
- Basis of Complaint/Concern
- Date, time, location of the incident
- Frequency and duration of the incident
- People involved and their roles
- Any witnesses to the incident(s)
- Description of the incident(s) using concrete, clear wording
- Behaviors involved and motivation, if known
- Any damages or injuries
- Any steps taken to resolve the issue before filing this report
