Practices will run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30-7am beginning June 15 through July 29.
** Minimum of four participants required for added 3rd day.

During camp participants will have the opportunity to learn the rowing stroke, learn how to handle equipment and get on the water in shells to take strokes, develop skills and gain fitness. Athletes will also have the opportunity to gain physical stamina through on land conditioning and other rowing related training.

Athletes should bring a water bottle, running shoes, hat / sunglasses and sandals for walking on the beach.

**All athletes will need to complete Port Rowing‘s swim test before the first day of camp.
