Spring Season for Middle School rowers runs 3/25– 6/7/2025. Brand new athletes with no rowing experience (Athletes who have completed one session of learn to row camp or its your first time ever at the boathouse) will practice Tuesday and Friday (4:00-6:00) and Saturday (7-9:15) Returning athletes practice Monday and Wednesday (4:00-6:00) and Saturday (9:45-12).
No prior experience is required. A completed swim test is required to participate.

During camp participants will have the opportunity to learn the rowing stroke, learn how to handle equipment and get on the water in shells to take strokes, develop skills and gain fitness. Athletes will also have the opportunity to gain physical stamina through on land conditioning and other rowing related training.
Athletes should bring a water bottle, running shoes, hat / sunglasses and sandals for walking on the beach.
**All athletes will need to complete Port Rowing‘s swim test before the first day of camp.
